Becoming FIT truly IS a Journey. It’s not a quick fix. It’s not something that happens in 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Being FIT is a lifestyle. It’s a lifelong, ongoing journey. And that really is what the JOURNEY TO FIT is all about. It’s about the journey. And we are thrilled you’re on this journey with us! Tabata is a timing system. It involves 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, which is typically repeated for eight cycles or 4 minutes of work. Really PUSH yourself through the 20 seconds of work. It’s only 20 seconds. Rest comes quickly. But - so does the next set!! This is HIIT training at it’s finest!! And this is how we get results! WHAT YOU'LL GET: Functional Lower Tabata 4 rounds of Tabata - all focused on functional movements using the lower body! Quads, hamstrings, glues. We're working big muscles today! Weights are optional for this set ... but you will need a resistance loop band. Workout time 30 minutes. Functional Upper Tabata 4 rounds of Tabata - all upper focused. We sculpt the shoulders, biceps, back, triceps, and chest muscles. Working on strength building to help everyday life. Required Equipment: Set of dumbbells. Workout time: 30 minutes. Core Tabata We’re working all around the core through three Tabata rounds from the front to the back. Let’s get centered by strengthening our core—equipment: Yoga mat or soft surface. The workout time is 18 minutes. Functional Tabata For this epic total-body functional workout, we only need 4 moves. We’re working all 7 functional movement skills, blasting the heart rate and scorching calories! No equipment is needed—just your energy and awesomeness. The workout lasts 30 minutes. Stretch & Strength It's our ACTIVE RECOVERY day, but don’t think you’re not going to work! We’re combining stretching and strengthening through 3 Tabata sets. This is just one last push to finish the week strong! Equipment: Yoga mat or soft surface. The workout time is 19 minutes. Grab this workout program now!
